SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays with BPost and/or PostNL.
Orders will be delivered to the address you provided while placing your order.
When ordering several products at the same time, it is possible that the order will be split into multiple shipments based on availability. The stated delivery terms are an estimation and may differ. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are beyond our control.
We are not obliged to ship the products as long as we have not received your payment. In the absence of payment fourteen (14) days after your order, the order will be cancelled.
Check your products for any damage immediately after delivery.
ERRORS OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you have received the wrong product or notice any damage, please notify us immediately at [email protected] and include your order number.
We only accept returns in the case of damaged goods. In the case of returning an order, you should only have opened the packaging if necessary to assess any damage and decide whether you wish to keep the product. Safety tags, stickers, … cannot be removed. All additional supplies and original packaging must also be returned. We reserve the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.
Returns should be sent to Gentplaats 1, 2000 Antwerp. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Do not forget to clearly state your contact details when returning a product. Choose your return method carefully and always ask for a receipt. We are not responsible for loss of the products before we include them in the delivery.
