In the kitchen of chef Vadim Vesters and his team everything revolves around quality and casual good food. They cook with fine ingredients and with great respect for the seasons. “Old world elegance” refers to the true bistro classics from France, Italy and Spain while the “modern boldness” dishes are quirkier and lighter.

The latter often bear the signature of Vadim’s great love for the cuisines of Italy, Spain and Japan. No bistro without tasty bar food and beautiful oyster preparations. And don’t forget to save a spot for our delicious chocolate soufflé or one of Vadim’s other classic desserts.
